ETERIA event-business product system
ETERIA is a client project in production for an event business. It connects a public landing and real lead paths with proposals and private operational workflows.

Opportunity & outcome
Opportunity
The business needed one coherent path from first public contact through a proposal and into the day-to-day work required to deliver an event.
Business outcome
The production system gives the team a public place to earn trust, capture leads through forms and WhatsApp, share versioned proposals, and coordinate work behind authenticated boundaries.
Role & system
Role
Product direction and end-to-end implementation across the landing, lead capture, public proposals, private web application, operational workflows, shared backend, internal SwiftUI client, and release process.
Design considerations
The public story must prove a working product while keeping sensitive operational material inside its intended access boundaries. Only public landing art and sanitized system descriptions appear here.
Decisions
Architecture decisions
Convex owns shared application state and workflows, PostHog supplies production observability, the public landing and proposals remain directly shareable, and the private web and SwiftUI surfaces stay behind their intended access boundaries.
Delivery
Execution highlights
The product moved through a protected Release Train with development previews, production promotion, smoke checks, and explicit human authorization at release boundaries.
Quality, security, and performance
Public routes, lead conversion, analytics, backend state, privacy boundaries, and responsive behavior are verified as one system while private operational evidence remains sanitized or unpublished.
